Wednesday 15th November – Write 5 positive affirmations. Read them every morning when you get up.
Personally, I love affirmations. I think they have the ability to create such a change to your behaviour. I have to admit I do struggle to get into the habit of saying them everyday, but I try and that’s what matters! My 5 positive affirmations for the month are:
- I am strong
- I can and I will
- I am superior to negative thoughts and low actions
- I have the power to create change
- I am couragous and I stand up for myself
